Fitting & Alterations
Ideally the bride/client should book an appointment as soon as the dress has arrived or been collected from the shop. Most brides will need 2 to 3 fittings the first fitting approximately 8/10 weeks prior to the wedding at the latest, other clients will need 1 to 2 fittings

First Fitting - Bride
Fittings will take place in your home or at my studio. You'll need your wedding shoes and any accessories you'd like to try on with the dress. Fittings last around 1 hour focusing on the fit of your dress.
Your dress will be pined to fit and options given, afterwards a verbal agreement given by the bride of the alterations to be carried out, I will then advise you of the estimated cost of the alterations.
Second Fitting
Alterations may be complete by the second fitting, the dress may require further work. I will check that everything is fitting perfect, any further alterations if required will be made and a third fitting arranged once the dress is ready.
Collection/Final Fitting
Your dress will be thoroughly inspected and steamed in preparation for your wedding. I will asks you to thoroughly check your gown and make sure you're happy with the fit and the work that's been carried out, the bill will be finalised with an invoice previously sent and due for payment, payment will be required after inspection of the gown and only when you're satisfied with all the changes made etc.

Wedding Day - Dress Steam and Dressing the Bride/Bridesmaids
If the Bride would like this service on her Wedding Day an appointment will need to be booked as early as possible to avoid disappointment, appointments are subject to availability. I will come to your home or wedding venue to steam your dress/dresses and then dress you/bridesmaids.

Appointment Cancellation
24 hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments, it's important to be on time or early, lateness may result in not being seen due to a tight appointment schedule.

Dress Cleaning
The standard clean includes a full clean and minor repairs, if you"re looking for a clean with no box. All prices depend on the condition of the dress.
